AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

 A person commits an offense if they commit robbery as defined in Section 29.02, and they:

* Cause serious bodily injury to another.

* Causes or exhibits a deadly weapon.

* Threatens or places another person in fear of imminent bodily injury.
